Roof inspection

"The roof was leaking badly," said the client—so we conducted a drone inspection and were met with a surprising discovery. Hidden deep on the roof, in an area completely invisible from the ground, we found what appears to be an old compressor shed that had been used in the past. It’s now being used as a nesting site by seagulls. Due to wildlife protection laws, the structure cannot be removed while the birds are nesting. Until it's gone, we won’t be able to use thermal imaging for a proper inspection. We’ll return for a full thermal check once the seagulls have safely left the nest.
